That’s a stunning photos. Lovely detail and a quirky expression (well, what else can you get from a Puffin, I suppose).

Any details on where this was and what lens you required?

Thanks folks. Jamie, the photo was taken on Skellig Michael, a rock off the Kerry coast. I think I used a Sigma 70-200 2,8 for this. There are more Skellig and puffin shots on my Flickr sets. http://www.flickr.com/photos/valentia
